Found Santee Appliance Service online when my water heater decided to quit on me. Honestly, wasn't seeing that coming on a Monday morning. These folks came through. They're in Bostonia, CA, and I was skeptical—never used 'em before. But boy, they know their stuff. The tech showed up the same day (thank goodness!) and was super nice. You know, some folks just know what they're doing? Yeah, that was him. My water heater wasn’t heating. Cold showers aren't my thing, and I just wanted it fixed, fast. Told me it was a problem with the heating element—yada yada. Didn't get into too many techy details, but got straight to work. Worked with brands like Rheem and Bosch, if that matters to you. In and out before I knew it. Things running hot again. Pricing? Fair. Didn’t feel like I was getting fleeced, which is always nice. It’s tough when stuff breaks down, but having someone reliable, especially for Water Heater repair, makes a huge difference. So yeah, if you’re around here and your water heater’s acting up, give these guys a call.
